DigitalAgency™ HCBS Waiver Services Module
The HCBS Waiver Module allows users to create and distribute Hab Plans, and capture service level data form checklists to monthly summary reports. The Hab Plans and Daily Checklists are directly linked to a valid ISP, thus eliminating any discrepancies that can occur during the term of an ISP. This module also has a DSP component that allows Direct Care Staff to enter service data on a daily basis.
The Waiver Module is critical for Quality Assurance because you can coordinate electronic records with other Waver Departments in your Agency.
