The Evero team understands and agrees that under no circumstances will any records, hard copy or electronic, nor any information contained therein, will be released to any person, agency, or organization without specific written permission of the Department and the agency whose records are involved.

Each authorized user will have a "User ID" and a password. Each "User ID" will have a security level assigned that will restrict the user to only certain functions within the system. The exact levels of security, the guidelines for granting access, and the restrictions imposed on the various levels will be determined jointly with Department. In addition, expiration dates for user access and/or current password can be assigned which will force a periodic review of access authorization (and usage).
