DigitalClinic™ Document Management

Now the user has a complete location for all Consumer documents.  The Document Management Module has two features; first it scans all paper documents and second it has a PDF Forms Library.  The scanning of documents is as simple as placing a barcode on the document, associating it to its appropriate category (i.e. Level of Care), and actually scanning it via a network Scanner or Copier.

The PDF Forms Library allows Clinics to load fill able forms into the system.  Forms can be DOH forms or Clinic forms such as the Admissions Packet.  DigitalClinic™ comes preloaded with Encounter forms, Registration forms and many other fillable documents.

The Encounter Form

An encounter is a customized form documenting a client visit. One encounter can be pulled up and filled out by a number of users, and then approved by a supervisor.

All encounters are printed with a unique barcode at the top, which when scanned, instantly brings up the electronic version of the document. [+] CLICK IMAGE TO ENLARGE          

Client Visit Summary

Visit Summaries are custom formatted views generated to show all client visit information in a ‘ready-to-print’ layout. They also incorporate digital signatures.

Patient Letters

Within the Document Management Module clinicians can generate letters regarding the patient’s encounter using data from the database. Using predefined templates, letters can be created to send out to the patient, the patient’s family, refer, or to another doctor. All letters generated in the manner are stored with the patient’s record for easy retrieval.

Digital Signatures

All patient documents support digital signatures using electronic signature pads.
